Drop your BrightSign Network Device Directory CSV export. Get a polished report with real analytics. No AI. No cloud. Your data never leaves your machine.
0-100 score with letter grade. Online rate, firmware currency, sync health, version spread. One number that tells you how your fleet is doing.
Drop the BrightSign Network Device Directory CSV and it's analyzed automatically. Drop something else — an altered export, a different report entirely — and BrightCraft won't guess. You still get a cleaned, sorted copy and a profile of every column, with no invented score.
Polished reports you can hand to a client. Word and PDF exports, multi-sheet Excel summaries, and CSV for your own analysis.
Compare two snapshots. See what changed: devices added, removed, came online, went offline. Fleet health score delta over time.
Flags duplicate IPs, sites with inconsistent device timezones, subscriptions expired or expiring, and devices dangerously low on storage. Catches what you'd miss scrolling a CSV.
Point BrightCraft at a folder of exports. It processes them all, generates all reports. Ideal for MSPs managing multiple tenants.
| Dimension | Key Analytics |
|---|---|
| Fleet Health | 0–100 composite score with letter grade, configurable weights |
| Firmware | Currency assessed per hardware family — each family judged against its own newest version, not one fleet-wide target |
| Sites | Per-site health, fully-dark site detection, network heatmap by subnet |
| Storage & Subscriptions | Low free-space devices, expired/expiring BrightSign subscriptions |
| Data Quality | Duplicate IPs, stale/decommissioned devices, sites with inconsistent device timezones |
Reads the BrightSign Network Device Directory CSV export. Anything else gets a cleaned, sorted, column-profiled copy instead — not a guess.
BrightSign Network's export columns can shift between releases, and I don't have every tenant's export in front of me. If a column gets renamed or added and BrightCraft stops recognising it, that's a real gap worth fixing — not something to guess around.
So BrightCraft doesn't insist on a format it recognises. Throw any CSV at it: if it knows the report, you get the full analytics. If it doesn't, you still get a cleaned, sorted, filterable copy with a profile of every column — what type it holds, how much is missing, how many distinct values, and a breakdown of the ones worth counting. It won't invent a score for data it doesn't understand.
If you throw something at it and don't get what you wanted, tell me. That's the fastest way a format gets supported properly.
Generate client-ready reports from their BrightSign exports. Show device health trends, flag problems before tickets come in.
Turn raw data into talking points. Fleet health scores, content engagement, space utilization. Numbers that drive conversations.
Spot firmware outliers, DHCP failures, boot-resolution issues, and stale devices before your truck roll.

I built BrightCraft because I needed it. I manage BrightSign deployments and got tired of squinting at raw CSV dumps trying to find the one offline device or the firmware that rolled back.
